What makes us the obvious choice? It's in the name! Focus Tuition puts our focus into English and Maths, the two fundamental subjects we feel are the foundations for learning and success. We believe that by focusing on improving Maths and English skills that this will lead to an easier ability to engage with a variety of other subjects, including Science, IT, Technology, Languages, and much more!
Working with children aged 6 to 16 years, we aim to create engaging sessions to improve understanding of each subject, as well as help our learners to become more confident. Jan Annesley
The founder of Focus Tuition, Jan, is a highly experienced English teacher with over seven years experience teaching at secondary level and thirteen years working as a private tutor.
She has helped many students achieve their goals by creating engaging sessions designed to help motivate the pupil and increase interest in the subject - and she comes very highly recommended by parents across Belfast!
